Can customers order through WhatsApp instead of checkout?

Yes. We can build a product catalog where each item has an inquiry or WhatsApp button. Many sellers start this way and add checkout later.

Can you connect my store to Instagram, TikTok or Facebook?

Where Shopify’s sales channels support it for your account and region, we can help set them up. Approval of those channels is decided by each platform.

Can you improve my existing Shopify store instead of rebuilding it?

Yes. We review the store, agree a list of improvements and quote them. Larger changes may be phased.

How many products can you add?

Shopify Store Setup & Design includes up to 20 products. Larger catalogs are quoted based on how the product data is supplied.
