How does payment work?
It’s simple: a 50% deposit reserves your spot and starts the work, and the remaining 50% is due before your site goes live. You’ll get a written quote first, so there are no surprises.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. A round means you send me your feedback together, and I make those changes. If you’d like more rounds after that, I’ll quote them separately before doing the work.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, the text for your pages, your photos, and login access to anything the site connects to — for example your domain provider or your Shopify account. I’ll send a short checklist so nothing gets missed.
When does the timeline start?
The clock starts once I’ve received both your content and your deposit. From there, turnaround is as listed on each package — or the rush time, if you chose rush delivery.
What happens after launch?
For 14 days after launch, I’ll fix small issues at no charge — things like a typo, a broken link or a spacing problem. New pages, features or ongoing updates after that are quoted separately.
What’s the difference between ready-made and custom?
A ready-made site uses one of my existing sample designs, set up with your brand and content — it’s quicker and costs less. A custom package is designed from scratch around your business. Not sure which suits you? Choose “Not sure yet” in the form and I’ll recommend one.
What isn’t included in the price?
Your domain name, hosting, Shopify subscription, any paid apps, copywriting and product photography are not included unless we agree on them in your quote. I’m happy to point you to good options for each.
