We send a short checklist of what to prepare (business name, what you offer, photos, contact details), help you choose the right package, and guide you through each step. Website work doesn’t include business registration, licensing, tax or legal advice, so please arrange those with a qualified professional.

No. Choosing products and suppliers, holding supplier accounts, pricing, stock and fulfilment stay with you. We set up the store around the products you approve, connect a supported supplier app if you use one, configure shipping, guide you through payment setup and test the checkout.

We can’t promise sales, revenue, rankings, supplier acceptance or payment-provider approval, and nobody honestly can. What we do promise is in your written scope: a professional, mobile-friendly site or store, set up and tested, with clear ways for customers to contact you or buy.

For eligible requests, a private visual concept of your website’s homepage, designed from the details you send us. It’s a design to look at, not a working site: it doesn’t include unlimited revisions, development, source code or publishing, and there’s no obligation to buy. Request a free demo.

We set up one of our designs with your business name and content on an unlisted link (not published or indexed). It stays open for 72 hours after we send it, then expires. It’s a demonstration: forms and carts don’t process real bookings, orders or payments, and nothing is billed or published automatically. Request a preview.

For small, content-ready projects that qualify, that’s the target. It depends on complexity, features, having your content ready, third-party setup, how quickly you can approve, and our capacity. It isn’t offered for complex Shopify stores, supplier integrations, large catalogs or custom applications. Your real timeline is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Yes. Larger or more complex projects start with a discovery call and a custom quotation. Choose “Custom Project” in the form, or see custom website development.

It’s simple: a 50% deposit reserves your spot and starts the work, and the remaining 50% is due before your site goes live. You’ll get a written quote first, so there are no surprises.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. A round means you send your feedback together, and we make those changes. If you’d like more rounds after that, we’ll quote them separately before doing the work.

Your logo, the text for your pages, your photos, and login access to anything the site connects to — for example your domain provider or your Shopify account. We’ll send a short checklist so nothing gets missed.

The clock starts once we’ve received both your content and your deposit. From there, turnaround is as listed on each package — or the rush time, if you chose rush delivery.

For 14 days after launch, we fix small issues at no charge — things like a typo, a broken link or a spacing problem. New pages, features or ongoing updates after that are quoted separately.

A ready-made site uses one of our existing sample designs, set up with your brand and content — it’s quicker and costs less. A custom package is designed from scratch around your business. Not sure which suits you? Choose “Not sure yet” in the form and we’ll recommend one.

Your domain name, hosting, Shopify subscription, any paid apps, copywriting and product photography are not included unless we agree on them in your quote. We’re happy to point you to good options for each.
